You can confirm your cleaning directly from the link we sent via text or email. To reschedule, just reply to your confirmation message or contact us at support@beeingclean.com. We'll help you find a better time.
What time will the cleaner arrive?
Cleanings are scheduled within a 1-hour arrival window. You can also track the status in the app for real-time updates.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
No — as long as we have access instructions (like a door code or key), you don’t need to be home. If you prefer to be present, we’ll work with your schedule to make that happen.
How do I cancel a cleaning?
Contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. You can reply to your confirmation message or email us at support@beeingclean.com.
What should I do to prepare for the cleaning?
Please secure pets, put away fragile items, and make sure we can access the cleaning areas. No need to clean ahead of time — that's what we're here for!
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
We want you to be 100% satisfied. If anything wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to fix it at no charge.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is processed securely through the app.
Insurance and Liability
Beeing Clean carries full liability insurance to cover any accidental damages or incidents during your cleaning. While our cleaners do not have individual insurance, our coverage protects both you and your property. Your home and belongings are in safe hands.
